About Chisel

OUR MISSION

At CHISEL, we reject the notion that a man's physical prime ends at 30. The second half of your life should be your strongest chapter.

We transform high-performing men into their most vital versions through precision systems that work within real-world constraints.

THE CHISEL DIFFERENCE

Traditional approaches fail men over 30 because they ignore biological reality: your body's response to training, nutrition, and recovery has fundamentally changed.

CHISEL addresses the unique challenges successful men face:

  • Hormonal optimization when conventional programs fall short

  • Maximum results with minimum time investment

  • Recovery strategies that enhance overall performance

OUR COMMITMENT

This isn't about vanity. It's about building the physical foundation that supports everything you value—career performance, family energy, and long-term vitality.

Stay strong. Stay sharp. Stay alive.

Welcome to CHISEL—where your strongest chapter begins now.

Meet the Team

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.

  • Andrew Ryan has built and exited multiple businesses, but his greatest win has been reclaiming his health. In his mid-30s, after years of pushing through brain fog, bone-deep fatigue, inflammation, and plummeting testosterone, he hit a breaking point. A soccer match left him barely able to walk the next day, and he realized his sharpness, stamina, and drive, the very tools that fueled his success, were slipping away. Refusing to accept this as “just aging,” he treated his health like a business problem: testing protocols, tracking biomarkers, and investing more than $50,000 in functional medicine and research.

Six years later, the results speak for themselves. At 46, Andrew is in the best shape of his life, clear-headed, energized, and stronger than ever. The brain fog is gone, his energy powers him through 14-hour days, and his vitality and drive surpass his younger years. His journey proves that with precision, strategy, and commitment, men don’t have to accept decline as inevitable, they can rewrite the playbook on aging and performance.

  • Joe Juter is a coach, creator, and systems-builder who’s passionate about making complex things simple. Through projects like LaxPlayBook and Juter.com, he helps coaches and creators find clarity, structure, and freedom in the way they work.

Off the clock, Joe stays rooted in health through sport. Lacrosse has been a lifelong teacher of discipline and teamwork, while paddle gives him a fresh challenge and a way to stay active. For Joe, movement is medicine, just like systems are in business. Both keep him sharp, balanced, and ready to play the long game.
